This command enables you to resample captured data to a different timecode standard and/or frame rate. For all objects in the scene which have keys,
resample creates a new set of keys based on the original data, which has a key at each frame of the play range.

If the arguments are omitted, the command resamples using the current rate. This is useful if you have already changed the rate.
