These system diagrams represent a range of options for integrating Theia3D into your Vicon system.

Important
The numbers provided for video cameras are our recommendations for Vicon systems that include Theia3D. The numbers provided for optical cameras are simply examples of the quantity of optical cameras that you might want to include in your Theia3D setup (ie, no recommendation is implied).

Minimum system, including 6 x Vicon video cameras

This diagram represents a mixed camera system, which could include 2–18 x Vero cameras (or up to 9 x Vantage cameras) and a recommended 6 x Vicon video cameras. If you want to connect a Lock unit also, see the Standard system, below.

Standard system, including up to 8 x Vicon video cameras

This diagram represents a mixed camera system, which can include 8 x Vicon video cameras, up to 12 Vantage cameras (or 24 Vero cameras), 8 Vicon video cameras, and, if you want to connect third-party devices, a Lock unit.

With the Vicon Advanced system, up to 8 Vue cameras can be supported.

Advanced system, including up to 8 x Vicon video cameras and additional optical cameras

This diagram represents a mixed camera system, which can include more than 12 x Vicon Vantage cameras (or 24 x Vero cameras) connected to one or more additional PoE+s, 8 x Vicon video cameras, and a Lock unit.

With the Vicon Advanced system, up to 8 Vue cameras can be supported.
